A person who is not involved in a crime, before or after it is committed, is generally not legally required to report it to the police
People from around the world have identified the basic principles which must exist in order to have a democratic government. These principles often become part of the constitution or bill of rights in a democratic society. The following are examples of the principles referred to as signposts of democracy, which are the main focus of the Democracy for All programme.
